Ownerled — End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of Ownerled (the "App"), provided by WIN WIN COMMERCE LLC ("Company", "we", "us").
1. Who may use the App
The App is an internal tool of WIN WIN COMMERCE LLC. It is used only by the Company and by persons the Company authorizes. By connecting a QuickBooks Online company to the App, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
2. What the App does
The App helps keep supporting documents in order: it reads purchase orders and invoice files from the Company's systems, checks them against expenses in QuickBooks Online, and, only after a person approves, attaches the invoice file to the matching expense. The App does not create, edit or delete transactions in QuickBooks Online.
3. License
The Company grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for the Company's internal business purposes.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for reviewing and approving the actions the App proposes. Actions are executed only after your approval.
5. Disconnection
You can disconnect the App from QuickBooks Online at any time from your QuickBooks Online account or by contacting us. After disconnection the App no longer accesses your QuickBooks Online data.
6. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
8. Changes
We may update this Agreement. The date at the top shows the latest version.
9. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
